PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curing resin from which a cured film is manufactured which makes fingerprints hardly conspicuous and makes it easy for fingerprints to be wiped off, and is also excellent in blocking resistance, hard coat property, processability and transparency.SOLUTION: An active energy ray-curing resin is obtained by: reacting an epoxy group-containing (meth)acrylic monomer (A), a macro monomer (B) having a radically polymerizable group on one terminal but having neither epoxy group nor carboxyl group, and having a weight-average molecular weight of 1,000 to 20,000, and a (meth)acrylate monomer (C) having an alicyclic structure as essential components to thereby obtain a copolymer; and reacting the copolymer with an ,-unsaturated carboxylic acid (D), wherein the weight ratio of the each component of the copolymer is (A):(B):(C)=50 to 90:5 to 45:5 to 40.
