PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ladder for allowing an operator to properly get on a building unit.SOLUTION: When a projected corner unit 20A as a building unit is carried to a construction site from a factory by a truck T, preparation work for suspending the projected corner unit 20A by a heavy machine is executed at the construction site. This preparation work includes work for installing a ladder 41 in the projected corner unit 20A. The ladder 41 comprises a ladder body 42, an upper side abutting part 43 capable of abutting on a ceiling girder of the projected corner unit 20A and a lower side abutting part 44 capable of abutting on a floor girder. The upper side abutting part 43 is a hooking part hooked from above on the ceiling girder, and the lower side abutting part 44 is a projection part of projecting toward the thickness direction of the ladder body 42. The ladder 41 holds an installation state to the projected corner unit 20A, by hooking the upper side abutting part 43 on the ceiling girder, and also allowing the lower side abutting part 44 to abut on a side surface of the floor girder.
