The present invention provides a creasing mechanism which is excellent in repeated expansion durability, a substrate cutting device possessing the same, and a device. The creasing mechanism possesses first external creasing lines (R1), second external creasing lines (R2) connected with the first external creasing lines (R1) linearly via the inflexion points (a); a third external creasing line (R3) connected between the adjacent inflexion points; a first internal creasing line (V1) parallel between the first external creasing lines (R1) and connected with the midpoint (c) of the third external creasing line (R3); a second internal creasing line (V2) parallel between the second external creasing lines (R2); a fourth external creasing line (R4) formed between the inner side end (b) of the second internal creasing line (V2) and the midpoint (c) of the third external creasing line (R3); a third internal creasing line (V3) formed between the inflexion points (a) and the inner side end (b) of the second internal creasing line (V2). A folding part (12) defined by the third and fourth external creasing lines (R3, R4) and the third internal creasing line (V3) is folded to the interior of a second surface creasing part (10s) along with the crease compression, and the length of the fourth external creasing line (4) is set to be greater than the length of the third external creasing line (R3).
