PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a siliconizing treatment apparatus capable of performing a stable siliconizing treatment by suppressing clogging of a gas passage of exhaust gas from a siliconizing treatment furnace.;SOLUTION: A siliconizing treatment apparatus has a siliconizing treatment furnace for applying a siliconizing treatment to a steel sheet by using gas containing silicon tetrachloride, and a cooling device for cooling exhaust gas discharged from the siliconizing treatment furnace, and removing separately iron chloride which is a by-product in the siliconizing treatment from the exhaust gas. In the siliconizing treatment apparatus, a ceramic fiber containing alumina of 20 mass% or less and having silica as a residue is used as a heat insulation material used for the siliconizing treatment furnace.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
