PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft error analysis device capable of simulating a temporally and spatially comprehensive memory fault in a short time.;SOLUTION: A soft error analysis device 100 for analyzing impact caused to a target microcomputer by generating a soft error into a simulator 200 of the target microcomputer includes: error information storage means 34 in which error contents or error occurrence places are registered; function block identification means 39 which identifies a running function block; and error setting means 35 which reads the error content of the function block identified by the function block identification means or a probability of occurrence of the error at the error occurrence place from the error information storage means 34, and sets a soft error into the simulator, following at least either the error content or the error occurrence place.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
