Major quality index optimum value calculation device and method of application

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately evaluate QoE of a user to obtain an optimal value to be a guideline when an application and a network are designed.;SOLUTION: Correspondence between a KQI in each operation state of an application to be an evaluation object and in a state transition, and an unconsciousness degree that is an index showing how long a user can be unconscious of a waiting time is obtained as input information. From the input information, a KQI value at which the unconsciousness degree becomes maximum is calculated for each state transition, and the calculated KQI value is output as an optimal waiting time.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
