PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arthritis inhibitor that inhibits production of IL-17 and is safe.;SOLUTION: There is provided a pharmaceutical composition which contains pantethine as an active ingredient and aims to treat or improve inflammation caused by IL-17.
