PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable papers to be held in a similar appearance regardless of paper supplying conditions (such as face up and face down) of an image forming apparatus when printed papers are held in a sheet file in post-processing of the image forming apparatus.SOLUTION: A sheet file post-processing device has a paper carrying section 25 that introduces and carries the papers P supplied from the image forming apparatus 10, sheet file working sections (a folding section 27 and a fusing section 28), a sheet file holding section 23 that holds the sheet file F before working is finished, a paper arranging section 26 that arranges the papers P in the sheet file F before the working is finished, and a controlling section (an image forming controlling section 8) that controls change in an arrangement position with respect to the sheet file F according to the paper supplying conditions of the papers P in the image forming apparatus 10, so that it is possible to easily obtain the sheet file in which the papers are held in a similar appearance regardless of the paper supplying conditions of the image forming apparatus without the need of complicated processing or complicated configuration.
