PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an internal structural component with conductivity whose main constituent is a light metal on an inner circumference face of a housing formed by processing a rolled plate whose main constituent is a light metal into a three-dimensional shape.;SOLUTION: A method of forming an internal structural component of a housing includes the steps of: performing chemical conversion processing on external faces of a housing 30 and a boss 33; placing the housing 30 on a heater 60; positioning and placing a thermoplastic elastomer 50 having an area larger than a bottom area of the boss 33 on a portion of a bottom face 32 of the housing 30 where the boss 33 is being placed; inserting a spring 52 made of a conductive metal into a through hole 51 in a central part of the thermoplastic elastomer 50; placing the boss 33 on the thermoplastic elastomer 50 into which the spring 52 is inserted; placing a heating plate 61 on an upper end face of the boss 33; and heating the heater 60 and applying pressure between the heater 60 and the heating plate 61 to provide the boss 33 electrically connected to the bottom face 32 of the housing 30.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
