The hair punching disc on the surface of the felt blanks comprises a base cylindrical body. On the outer periphery of this body, lamellas are arranged obliquely or perpendicularly to its surface, parallel to its axis or obliquely to this axis, which are provided on their outer side with combing teeth arranged side by side with peaks. The tops of the combing teeth of each lamella are displaced in the direction of the axis of the base cylindrical body into the space between the tops of the combing teeth of the adjacent lamellae. At the same time, the tops of the mutually adjacent combing teeth of at least three successive lamellae are arranged outside the helix. The device for combing the hair on the surface of the felt blanks is fitted with this disc.
