The subject matter of this invention is providing a means for simplifying the task of entering marks and totals in tabular fo rmat by instructors in educational institutions while evaluating answer booklets. The invention involves use of a special answer booklet with upper page of each of the sheets between the cover sheets containing printed marks table with enterable cells cut out. A s lip with a similar marks table without any cutouts is provided on the upper page of the last sheet. When an evaluator enters marks in a slot corresponding to a question, the writing happens directly on the table on the slip. This eliminates the need for tu rning back and forth the pages of the answer booklet for entering marks in the marks table.
