The jet engine bearing operation is one of the most important performance parameter that ensures the reliable operation of engine. The lubrication system supports the safe and reliable operation of the engine transmission bearings. Inadequacy of lubrication to bearings leads to catastrophic failure of the engines. With such experience of failure in current jet engine an additional check for oil flow rate was developed and introduced for ensuring the cleanliness of oil jets in HPTR, which supplies oil to LPTR bearing. The fixtures for the oil flow rate check is designed and developed for ensuring measurable quantity for cleanliness of jet holes.
