The present invention relates to a novel synergistic formulation effective in external application for pains and skin care. More particularly, the present invention relates to the herbal formulation for muscular pains, chronic joint pains, their related complications and useful for skin care. This novel synergistic formulation prepared by using extracts of Lygodium flexuosum and in combination with other plant extracts processed in composition with cinnamic aldehyde, eugenol and thymol in an inventive proportion. The formulation synergistically effective to prepare external application materials in plant based oil, waxy substances to perform liniment, balm, gel, lotion and spray.
