TECHNIQUE FOR MOVING APART EDGES OF WOUND FOR LIGATION OF PERFORATING VEINS IN PATIENTS WITH TROPHIC ULCER OF LOWER LIMBS OF VENOUS GENESIS

The technique for moving apart the edges of the wound for ligation of the perforating veins in the patients with the trophic ulcer of the lower limbs of venous genesis comprises moving apart the edges of mini-approach and exteriorization of the perforating vein for the visual control. The device used for this purpose does not injure the edges of the vein and allows for its visualization.
