The method for the complex treatment of post-traumatic eczema with concomitant varicose and arterial hypertension in the elderly patients provides for the use of venotonics, antihistamines and topical agents. Detralex is used as venotonic, Aleron – as antihistamine. As the topical agent, Triacutan cream with glucocorticoids is sued. In addition, Azithromycin, Cinarix, Vita-melatonin, Amplodipin, Micardis and Atorvastatin are prescribed.
