Transmission (1) comprising a main gearbox (2) and a drive take-off (3), wherein the unit PTO (3) can be coupled with, and respectively disengage, the gearbox main (2) through a coupling mechanism (4), having at least a first position coupling the main gearbox (2) and drive take-off (3) and a second position uncoupling unit PTO (3) of the main gearbox (2), wherein the unit PTO (3) is provided with at least one lubricant inlet (5) and so that when said coupling mechanism (4) is positioned in its first position, the lubricant inlet (5) is open and the lubricant can flow through the lubricant inlet (5) on the power take-off (3), characterized by that said coupling mechanism (4) comprises a valve element (6), so that when said mechanism coupling (4) is placed in its second position, the valve element (6) is blocking said lubricant inlet (5) and, therefore, prevents the lubricant flows through the lubricant inlet (5) in the PTO unit (3), and wherein said coupling mechanism is controlled pneumatically or electrically.
