Thepedestal (29) has an upright piston and cylinder assembly(31) operable to adjust the elevation of the air pulse generator (11). Areversible thoracic therapy garment (30) is connected with ahose (61) to an air pulse generator (11) which can be selectively locatedadjacent opposite sides of a person (60) receiving therapy.
