Disclosed is a network sharing method based on wireless fidelity (WIFI), the method comprising: a gateway device establishes a shared WIFI hotspot, and transmits a first redirection packet to a user equipment (UE) upon receiving a first access packet transmitted by the UE; upon receiving a second access packet transmitted by the UE, authenticating with an authentication server according to key information of the UE and key information of the gateway device in the second access packet; and upon successful authentication, establishing a connection channel between the UE and WAN. Also disclosed are a gateway device, authentication server and storage medium.
