Provided, as pertains to an emulsion separation method, are: an emulsion feed method in which an emulsion separation process is performed when feeding an emulsion, and in which maintenance and inspection are facilitated; and a piping structure and an emulsion separation system for achieving the same. An emulsion separation device for separating an emulsion that contains an oil component and an aqueous component, wherein: the emulsion separation device has an emulsion supply part into which the emulsion is supplied, an emulsion discharge part for discharging the separated emulsion, and a channel part connected to the emulsion supply part; the emulsion supply part and the emulsion discharge part are connected via a first and a second piping unit; and the piping units are configured from an ultrasonic oscillation element and an ultrasound reflection member disposed so as to face each other across the channel part.
