Provided is a novel material to be used in order to introduce an exogenous substance into a cell. Also provided is a method for introducing an exogenous substance into a cell of interest by utilizing this material. The present invention provides an exosome to be used in order to introduce an exogenous substance into a cell of interest, wherein the exosome includes therein one or more types of exogenous substance and a substance for inducing macropinocytosis in the cell of interest. The present invention also provides a composition including this exosome, and a method for introducing an exogenous substance into a cell using this exosome.
