A photonic crystal all-optical multistep delay AND transformation logic gate consisting of one photonic crystal structural unit (01), one optical switch unit (02), one wave-absorbing load (03), one NOT logic gate (04), one D trigger unit (05), and one memory or delayer (06). An input terminal of the memory (06) is connected to logic signal X1; an output terminal of the memory is connected to a delay signal input terminal (21). Logic signal X2 is connected to a logic signal input terminal (22). Two intermediate signal output terminals (23 and 24) of the optical switch unit (02) respectively are connected to an intermediate signal input terminal (12) of the photonic crystal structural unit (01) and to the wave-absorbing load (03). Clock control signal CP is connected to a clock signal CP input terminal of the optical switch unit (02), a clock signal input terminal (11) of the photonic crystal structural unit (01), and an input terminal of the NOT logic gate (04). An output terminal of the NOT logic gate (04) is connected to a clock signal input terminal (51) of the trigger unit (05). A signal output terminal (14) of the photonic crystal structural unit (01) is connected to a D signal input terminal (52) of the trigger unit (05). The photonic crystal all-optical multistep delay AND transformation logic gate can be easily integrated with other optical logic elements.
