The present invention relates to a composition comprising: (a) a bis-(2-hydroxypropyl)-dimethylammonium methylsulphate fatty acid ester having an average chain length of the fatty acid moieties of from 12 to 30 carbon atoms; (b) a cationic polysaccharide; and (c) a nonionic polysaccharide. The present invention also relates to the method of use of the composition.
