This industrial vehicle is provided with a rotating member, a support member, a sealing ring, a pressure control unit, and a vehicle speed determination unit. The rotating member has a first working oil supply channel for supplying working oil to a steering clutch. When the steering clutch is engaged, the rotating member is rotated by motive power from a transmission. The sealing ring is arranged between the rotating member and the support member, and is fitted adjacent to a contact part between the first working oil supply channel and a second working oil supply channel. The pressure control unit controls an engagement pressure to a prescribed first pressure when the vehicle speed is determined to not be equal to or greater than a prescribed vehicle speed, and controls the engagement pressure so as to decrease from the first pressure when the vehicle speed is determined to be equal to or greater than the prescribed vehicle speed.
