Disclosed are a data processing method, device and system based on a call reminder, and a computer readable storage medium. The method comprises: analyzing log data based on different dimensions, and setting an index, wherein the log data is an interactive communication information record of a user, and the index is used for associating different dimensions with the log data corresponding thereto; presetting different statistic requirements; and performing, by virtue of the index, regular statistics on log data meeting the preset statistic requirements, and saving the log data for the user to inquire.
