COMPOSITION FOR FORMING COPPER NANOWIRE NETWORK BY USING LIGHT SINTERING, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING COPPER NANOWIRE NETWORK, AND TRANSPARENT ELECTRODE COMPRISING SAME
The present invention relates to: a composition for forming a copper nanowire network by using light sintering; a method for manufacturing a copper nanowire network; and a transparent electrode comprising the same and, more specifically, to: a composition for forming a copper nanowire network by using light sintering, the composition containing a copper precursor, a binder and a reducing agent; a method for manufacturing a copper nanowire network by using the same; and a transparent electrode comprising the same. According to the present invention, a copper nanowire-based transparent electrode capable of replacing a conventional expensive ITO transparent electrode can be mass produced at low cost. Particularly, the present invention can manufacture a copper nanowire having stable characteristics by solving an oxidation problem, and can carry out reduction and sintering processes in a very short sintering time of several milliseconds in room temperature and under atmospheric conditions. In addition, the present invention can be applied to a polymer substrate such as PET in addition to a glass substrate, and thus is suitable for implementing a flexible transparent electrode, since welding between wires through sintering in a large area is possible even in room temperature and under atmospheric conditions by replacing a conventional high-temperature sintering process, which has been carried out at a temperature of 300°C or higher. Furthermore, high resistivity and transmittance allowing industrial commercialization can be obtained.
