The present invention relates to a method for preparing kimchi vitamin rice ball, and kimchi vitamin rice ball prepared thereby. The method for preparing kimchi vitamin rice ball comprises the following steps: (a) preparing vitamin rice; (b) preparing rice for rice ball by mixing 10 to 15 parts by weight of sesame oil, 10 to 15 parts by weight of olive oil, and 3 to 8 parts by weight of sesame with respect to 100 parts by weight of the vitamin rice of the step (a); (c) preparing rice ball stuffing by mixing pre-processed kimchi, cooking oil, sugar, and sesame; and (d) adding 15 to 30 parts by weight of the rice ball stuffing of the step (c) to 100 parts by weight of the rice for rice ball of the step (b), and making the mixture into a ball shape.
