The present application relates to developing a health food capable of simply having chicken breast as one of the food universally taken for managing a body such as the health, the diet, and the like and for improving health. The real chicken breast is a low fat and high protein food and is not delicious. The chicken breast is called as dry and crumbing meat. People are hard to have the chicken breast at each meal. The chicken breast is taken through various recipes of the smoked food, canned food, salad, and the like however the people are hard to have the chicken breast. In addition, the white of an egg except for the chicken breast is good to have together. People who enjoy doing an exercise meet an imported protein supplement contained in a vast container sell in the market. However, the period of circulation is commonly passed because the people can not steadily have the protein supplement which is taken with water or milk by the people. Therefore, the chicken breast is manufactured as a tablet type to enable growth period children who are necessary to have the protein, females who do a diet, and people who enjoy doing fitness or the exercise to simply have.
