The present invention relates to a block type super capacitor, where a layer structure electrode includes more than two unit cells arranged to face with each other in an in-plane structure, and the unit cells are arranged with each electrode being adjacent with each other, and the adjacently arranged electrode of the unit cell is serially connected. The present invention has the effect of being able to provide a high voltage super capacitor, by connecting the unit cell serially. Also, the present invention has the effect of increasing capacitance of the super capacitor, by increasing the amount of the electrode material and storage capacity of an electrolyte by a method of making the electrode material thick. Furthermore, a composite material of a graphene oxide and a metal oxide comprises a layer structure appropriate for forming an electrode of an in-plane structure, and further, has the effect of being able to improve the performance of the super capacitor when used as an electrode, because nano particles of the metal oxide are dispersed between the layers of the graphene oxide.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
