The present invention relates to an apparatus for performing a real-time inhalation toxicity test using a lung model. More specifically, a lung model device capable of performing similar structure and function of a real lung is formed by attaching lung cells and the status change of the lung cells can be investigated without using experimental animals by detecting electric signals generated from the lung model device depending on the damage status of the lung cells due to the inhalation of nanoparticles. Hence, in the present invention, provided is an indirect method for testing the toxicity of nanoparticles.
