COMPOSED UNIT COST INFORMATION FOR OPERATIONAL ARCHITECTURAL ROUGH ESTIMATION USING BIM AND CLASSIFICATION

The present invention relates to a composed unit cost information operating and classifying method for an architectural rough estimate using BIM. The method comprises: a step (S300a) of selecting a construction type such as reinforced concrete (RC), steel framed reinforced concrete (SRC), and steel framed concrete (SC) in a step (S300) of selecting a building structure construction type (large classification), a structure portion (middle classification), and a structure object (small classification); a step (S300b) of selecting a building structure portion of the selected construction type; and a step (S300c) of selecting a structure objet of the selected building structure portion. Therefore, the method can check an approximate estimate of a finishing material by only checking code information.
