The present invention relates to a method for preparing Alaska coffee and a product prepared thereby, prepared in such a manner that a coffee solution is extracted by dripping water into roasted and ground coffee powder and the coffee solution is mixed with syrup to be prepared as a coffee product with a mixture of a dairy product afloat on the upper layer, thus satisfying a need for a novel type of coffee. To this end, the present invention comprises: a step (a) of roasting raw coffee beans by using firing directly or with a stream of hot air, under the temperature ranging from 180°C and 250°C for 20 to 30 minutes; a step (b) of maturing the coffee beans roasted in the step (a) at room temperature for 24 to 72 hours; a grinding step (c) of grinding the coffee beans matured in the step (b) into fine powder; a step (d) of preparing coffee solution by dripping water into the coffee powder ground in the step (c); a step (e) of filling ice cubes into the coffee solution prepared in the step (d); a step (f) of mixing the coffee solution filled with ice cubes in the step (e) with syrup at a predetermined ratio; a step (g) of preparing a coffee product with dairy product afloat on the upper layer by keeping a predetermined amount of the dairy product afloat on the upper layer of the coffee solution mixed with syrup in the step (f).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
