The present invention relates to a method for preparing fermented ginseng berry pills. The method includes the steps of: preparing a ginseng berry extract, a Cirsium japonicum var. maackii (Maxim.) Matsum. extract, an Artemisia princeps Pamp. extract, a Chrysanthemum coronarium L. extract, an Akebia quinata (Thunb.) Decne. extract, a Plantago asiatica extract, a green tea extract, a Curcuma Longa (Turmeric) Root extract, a Malus prunifolia wild. Borkh extract, rice bran powder, soybean bran powder, arborescence powder, vitamin mixture powder, honey, biotics powder, and lactic acid bacteria; mixing and kneading the ginseng berry extract, the Cirsium japonicum var. maackii (Maxim.) Matsum. extract, the Artemisia princeps Pamp. extract, the Chrysanthemum coronarium L. extract, the Akebia quinata (Thunb.) Decne. extract, the Plantago asiatica extract, the green tea extract, the Curcuma Longa (Turmeric) Root extract, the Malus prunifolia wild. Borkh extract, the honey, the lactic acid bacteria, the rice bran powder, and the soy bran powder to prepare a first dough ingredient; fermenting the first dough ingredient mixed and kneaded in advance; sterilizing and drying the fermented first dough ingredient; grinding the first dough ingredient sterilized and dried in advance by using a grinder; mixing and kneading the ground first dough ingredient with the honey, the vitamin mixture powder, the biotics powder, and the arborescence powder to prepare a second dough ingredient; using a pill generator to prepare pills from the second dough ingredient; and drying the pills in a dryer.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
