The present invention relates to an one-pot synthesis method of a furopyranone derivative using a rhodium catalyst and, more specifically, to a synthesis method of a furopyranone derivative, which reduces reaction time and improves synthetic yield, by reacting a cyclic diazo dicarbonyl compound and an ethinyl compound in the presence of a rhodium catalyst.
