The present invention relates to a kettle in a coffee machine for roasting raw coffee beans. For the same, the present invention comprises: a main body where raw coffee beans are stored for roasting; a stirring instrument mounted on a rotation axis, which is inserted to an arbor hole formed in the center of the main body; a heating instrument for heating the coffee beans at a predetermined temperature; and a cover part. The stirring instrument (100) comprises: a rotation axis (50); a center rotator (20) inserted and fixated to the rotation axis (50); upper and lower stirring blades (30, 40) inserted and mounted to a predetermined position of the center rotator (20); and multiple thermal diffusion blades (10) formed on the upper sides of the center rotator (20).
