The present invention relates to mutton barbecue, manufactured by mixing mutton as a main material with various kinds of seasoning and adding spices for making texture of the mutton good and softer to the mutton and the seasoning, and to a method for manufacturing the same. More specifically, the method for manufacturing the mutton barbecue includes: a preprocessing step of washing the mutton and cutting the mutton into a proper size; a seasoning mixing step of mixing the preprocessed mutton with various kinds of seasoning; a spice mixing step of enhancing texture of the mutton to which various kinds of seasoning are added; and an aging step of aging the mutton, mixed with various kinds of seasoning and the spice, at an optimal temperature for optimal time.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
