The present invention relates to a preparation method for functional fermented soft drinks, fermented alcoholic drinks, and cosmetic ingredients, wherein inadequately fermented sugars are allowed to undergo a second fermentation to be adequately fermented, thereby increasing the amount of beneficial bacteria so as to be usable as an ingredient in the development of fermented drinks, fermented alcoholic drinks, functional cosmetic ingredients, and ingredients for skin treatment. According to the present invention, by carefully determining the fermentation time and by incorporating flavoring ingredients, it is possible to improve the taste and aroma of fermented soft drinks and fermented alcoholic drinks, and by incorporating functional ingredients during fermentation, it is also possible to enhance the skin-treating functionality of cosmetic products.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
