The present invention relates to a side bearing structure for a monorail vehicle and, more specifically, relates to a side bearing structure for a monorail vehicle, which enables stable driving by having a side bearing in a cart of a monorail vehicle to connect a vehicle body and the cart with a center pivot, and appropriately controlling buffer power to buffer an impact applied to the side bearing in accordance with a load of a passenger getting on the monorail vehicle. To achieve this, the present invention comprises: a side bearing provided in both sides of the front and the rear of a cart frame of a monorail vehicle; and an air spring provided in a lower portion of the side bearing.
