A method for manufacturing pickled gomchwi in accordance with present invention provides pickled gomchwi by soaking gomchwi in mixed sauce prepared by mixing soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, water, a fermented Japanese apricot extract, lotus leaves, and a gomchwi extract, and aging the same at low temperatures. The shelf life of the pickled gomchwi can be prolonged by separating only the liquid from the aged mixed sauce and re-boiling the liquid. The pickled gomchwi according to the present invention has a crunchy texture and can be preserved for a long time.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
