Disclosed is a portable davit fixing device. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the device includes: a lower bracket combined with the outer part of a hatch coaming; an upper bracket combined with the outer part of the hatch coaming to be placed in the upper part of the lower bracket; a socket part hinged to an end part of the lower bracket to be rotatable around a horizontal rotational axis, and including an insertion hole formed on the upper surface to insert an end of an arm of a portable davit; and a clamp combined with the upper bracket, and fixing the arm erected in the insertion hole. Therefore, the present invention is capable of easily installing the portable davit in the hatch coaming or easily separating the same from the hatch coaming.
