In the above general formula (1), X ₁ , X ₂ , X ₃ and X ₄ is independently by a hydrogen atom, alkyl having 1 to 6 alkylsulfonyl group, a halogen atom, a hydroxyl group, a nitro group, a cyano group or a methyl group. In the present invention, X _{in the formula (1) 1} , X ₂ , X ₃ and X ₄ are, each independently, a hydrogen atom, preferably an alkyl group or a halogen atom having 1 to 6 carbon atoms. In the present invention, the nonlinear optical coloring matter is less than the value of the dipole moment of 2.1D, it is desirable that the maximum absorption wavelength in the range of 315 to 360nm. ;
