INTEGRATED PROGRESS MEASUREMENT AND MANAGEMENT METHOD FOR EPC PROJECT

The present invention provides a method for calculating and managing an EPC integrated progress rate. The method for calculating and managing an EPC integrated progress rate includes: a step of setting a baseline schedule based on plans of activities, lists of the activities based on an activity breakdown structure, and a work breakdown structure (WBS) list for design management, purchasing management, and construction/trial operation management of an EPC project; a step of setting up a progress rate and performance management module calculating a progress rate of the activity in accordance with process progress by work package, by grouping the work packages comprising one or more activities formed in a same pattern, to correspond to the baseline schedule; a step of generating an account of each worker when the progress rate and performance management module is set up, and allocating the work package to the each worker; a step in which the worker inputs progress information by an input reading module related to the progress rate and performance management module; a step of calculating and reading the progress rate and a result in the progress rate and performance management module using the input progress information; and a step of reviewing and approving the result by each tool based on the calculated progress rate and the result. The method for calculating and managing an EPC integrated progress rate changes an individual work to a cooperation work system, and from an off-line method to an on-line method. So, the method can automatize calculation of the progress rate and progress result counting by automatizing work mostly using a system.
