PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate accurate residual operation man-hour by deriving a proper reliability growth curve model according to quality of a development result and a degree of attainment of performance in a project.SOLUTION: A project progress management method includes: acquiring information of a target project specified from information of a project stored in a storage unit; specifying a reliability growth curve model candidate group of a development result in the target project on the basis of the information of the target project; estimating a reliability growth curve model of the development result in the target project from the reliability growth curve model candidate group on the basis of an actual value related to the quality of the development result and an actual man-hour; calculating a residual operation man-hour of the target project on the basis of the estimated reliability growth curve model and a target value related to the quality of the development resu and outputting the calculated residual operation man-hour in association with the information of the target project.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
