The present invention relates to a graphene comprising irregularly and randomly three dimensional pores and a producing method thereof. The graphene comprising irregularly and randomly three dimensional pores is produced in graphene having an irregularly and randomly three dimensional pore structure of a cotton-type having a novel structure having a large specific surface area and showing certain strength by spraying and drying after adding a reducing agent in a graphene oxide solution.
