The present invention provides an apparatus of preparing an electrolytic solution for a redox flow battery including: an electrolyzer in which a positive electrode solution chamber and a negative electrode solution chamber are separated from each other by a separator unit; a power unit sequentially and repeatedly supplying a constant voltage and a constant current through electrodes respectively installed in the positive electrode solution chamber and the negative electrode solution chamber; a positive electrode electrolytic solution tank piped to the positive electrode solution chamber to store a positive electrode solution electrolyzed in the positive electrode solution chamber; and a negative electrode electrolytic solution tank piped to the negative electrode solution chamber to store a negative electrode solution electrolyzed in the negative electrode solution chamber. The power unit includes electrodes including: lattice units formed by intersecting plural metal wires with each other; and plural perforated units in which perforated holes are formed, and which are disposed between the lattice units. An apparatus of preparing an electrolytic solution for a redox flow battery according to the present invention is capable of improving the mobility of electrons and effectively supplying a constant current by including latticed and perforated electrodes. Further, the apparatus according to the present invention is capable of reducing the electrolysis time as much as 50% or more such that the electrolytic solution for the redox flow battery can be effectively prepared, by suppressing overvoltage phenomena caused by the concentration of ions on the electrode surface such that a constant voltage and a constant current of a limiting current value can be effectively supplied, thereby reducing the initial vanadium ionizing time through repeated electrolysis.
