The present invention relates to a device, a system, and a service providing method using the same, capable of allowing a user to more easily recognize a history of communication, which is not properly taken by the user due to the absence of the user, since a predetermined display device, accepting a variety of input methods such as a USIM card, is installed in a specific place and is connected with a position registration system and a PO box system through a wire or wireless communication unit so an unanswered communication history is transmitted to the pre-registered display device when the user is not able to take the communication such as a phone call.
