Power Equilibrium in Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing Optical Communication Systems

摘要

The disequilibrium of the optical power among different channels is analyzed for the dense wavelength division multiplexing optical communication systems. And the new technologies and devices for optical amplifying, filtering, adding /dropping,etc,have been reviewed, which can be used to equalize dynamically the optical power in optical networks.
