The present invention relates to a collecting pipe installed in confined disposal facilities and a method for installing the collecting pipes. More specifically, provided are a collecting pipe installed in confined disposal facilities and a method for installing the collecting pipes. The collecting pipe is formed on an upper part of an inner ground of the confined disposal facilities and is used for collecting water existing in the confined disposal facilities where waste is inserted. The collecting pipe comprises: a fixed part fixed on the ground; a vertical collecting part extending from the fixed part to the outside water; and a plurality of horizontal collecting part extending from the vertical collecting part so that the horizontal collecting part can be horizontal to the bottom surface of the confined disposal facilities. As horizontal collecting parts touches the bottom surface of the confined disposal facilities, other than the fixed part which is fixed on the ground of the confined disposal facilities, structural safety increases.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
