Disclosed are a manufacturing system for a window including a solar cell module and a manufacturing method for the same, wherein the manufacturing system for a window including a solar cell module enables a filler to be easily injected and does not have an air layer in the window as the filler is injected into the window including the solar cell module. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the manufacturing system for a window including a solar cell module includes: a solar cell structure forming unit including first glass on which the solar cell module is mounted on the upper part, second glass facing the first glass, and a sealing member installed between a frame of the first glass and the frame of the second glass; and a filler injection unit injecting the filler between the first glass and the second glass. The filler injection unit includes: a stage on which the solar cell structure is mounted; a rotation unit connected to the stage and rotating the stage to be inclined; a filler injecting unit inserted into one side of a sealing member located on a lower area of the inclined solar cell structure and injecting the filler between the first glass and the second glass; and an air suction unit inserted into the other side of the sealing unit located on an upper area of the inclined solar cell structure and sucking air between the first glass and the second glass while the filler is being injected.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
