The present invention relates to a data analysis system for web-based smart remote observation of water quality. According to the present invention, the data analysis system for web-based smart remote observation of water quality comprises a data collection device and a data analysis device. The data collection device collects water quality TMS data from a measurement device located at a site, and transmits the collected water quality TMS data to the data analysis device through unidirectional communications. The data analysis device transmits the collected data through a web or an application. Accordingly, it is possible to improve a security function and to observe water quality in real time. A site image can be confirmed by installing a network camera in the measurement device.
