The present invention relates to a biomarker capable of diagnosing a glomerular disease by a non-invasive method, comprising a protein biomarker capable of diagnosing a chronic renal disease from a bio-fluid of a glomerular disease patient and a method for detecting the biomarker . Body fluids are biopsied to diagnose glomerular disease, and proteins are concentrated and used. Protein is decomposed into peptides through enzymatic reaction and analyzed by mass spectrometer (LC-MS / MS) to identify proteins. In addition, the protein biomarker of the present invention can be used as a diagnostic kit capable of early diagnosis of glomerular disease. It is expected that the diagnosis and treatment of glomerular diseases will enable early diagnosis and treatment of end - stage renal disease, thereby contributing to the public health.
